Good Morning
I hope that you feel refreshed and are ready to go, after gaining an extra hour on Sunday with the time change. This is one of my favorite times of the year because not only do I gain an hour of sleep but it’s also getting a little colder (relatively speaking, I do live in Los Angeles) and I can start my early morning workout regiment to burn off some of those Halloween treats I have been eating.
Tip of the Week: Track Your Activity
Last week I had a client ask, what’s the best way to track her job search activity? This may be a question you have as well, so in this week’s Tip of the Week I’m sharing some of the information you should be tracking.
The most important items you should be tracking are:
1. When you applied to a position (the date)
2. Which resume you sent (remember you should have more than one resume)
3. What method you used to apply (email, drop off, snail mail etc.)
4. What response (if any) you’ve received.
If you don’t have a method for tacking your activity, send me an email at info@articulate-u.com and I will share the Articulate U Activity Log that we use.
Have a great day and an even better week!
