Isn’t it funny how things happen? For the last THREE years we’ve been teaching job seekers that they only have 5-7 seconds to catch a hiring manager’s attention. Last week I read an article saying that they have only 6 seconds (this of course is the average of 5-7). Even though I was happy to see the information getting out there, it dawned on me that job seekers who we have worked with one on one or that have attended our workshops are 3 years AHEAD of the curve.
